DWA, a Wayne State University business school
alumnus, obtained his core professional training
at Plante & Moran, PLLC. Since then he has
managed the tax departments for several major
multi-state corporations,including seventeen
years at FTD®, a global wire service company.  
While at FTD®, he had the responsibility for the
Company's overall tax compliance and cooperative
distributions. He is very qualified in
accounting and tax matters.

DWA's services are geared to changing business
environments and evolving client needs.
